Virus eradication:  

1. Backup existing sytem and data.
2. Reinstall operating system.
3. Install new virus protection.
4. Install programs (Five in base price.  More are extra as agreed before starting).
5. Restore data.
6. Set up email and restore old email if recoverable.
7. Set up system and connect hardware in customers home
8. Provide backup DVD to restore anything missed.

          Basic cost with up to 20 GB of data            $200.00

          Additional Programs                                         $25.00 each

         Additional Data                                                    $10.00  each 4 GB

Upgrade with new computer:

1. Backup existing system and data.
2. Update new system.
3. Activate and update Virus protection.
4. Restore data.
5. Install programs. (Five in base price.  Additional programs are extra, as agreed before starting).
6. Set up email and restore old email if recoverable.
7. Provide backup DVD(s).
8. Set up system and connect hardware in customer's home.
9. Basic cost with up to 20 GB of data            $190.00

         Additional Programs                                           $25.00 each

         Additional Data                                                    $10.00 each 4 GB

All other services will be done on an hourly basis.
